After 6 months of facilitating the administrative duties for the team, Amanda took the next step to become licensed. In December of 2021, the Leila Perez Team was completed by the accompaniment of Buyer's Specialist, Denise Heemskerk. Denise shares our passions and believes in our mission. Although Denise is new to the team, she is not new to the Real Estate Industry. In 2024, Leila opened up her own brokerage which focused on bringing her efforts to the community and maximizing marketing for her clients.
