The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests or visitors are not permitted without management consent, with violators facing a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, resulting in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius must contact the host before booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact management before their stay. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with violators charged a $200 fine.
