House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction, with violators charged a $200 to $500 fine. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with any violation incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Exceptions to the rules and regulations must be approved in writing in advance. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking.
