As the Transaction Coordinator, Heather works behind the scenes to ensure that each transaction is successfully executed.   In December of 2020, Leila navigated the uncharted waters of COVID-19 and continued on the path of success. Together, the 2020 Top Producing Agents have maintained their status and exceeded their goals, opening the door for team growth.   In March of 2021, The team welcomed Amanda Beltran to the office. Leila's success warranted the need for an Administrative Assistant to help with client appreciation, maintaining files, scheduling appointments and day to day administrative needs. This allowed Leila more time to dedicate to the field and to better serve their clients. After 6 months of facilitating the administrative duties for the team, Amanda took the next step to become licensed.    In December of 2021, the Leila Perez Team was completed by the accompaniment of Buyer's Specialist, Denise Heemskerk. Denise shares our passions and believes in our mission. Although Denise is new to the team, she is not new to the Real Estate Industry.   In 2024, Leila opened up her own brokerage which focused on bringing her efforts to the community and maximizing marketing for her clients.
