I am very sorry for such a delay in responding to this issue. We have had the same residents since day 1, except for Andrew of course. This is very upsetting to read, for the simple reason, this is our first endeavor into the apartment business, and... we do everything we possibly can to make sure the residents are happy. What Andrew has stated in his complaint is partially true. Unfortunately Andrew was one of the first residents in the building, and yes the construction was not complete yet and probably definitely a nuisance, especially considering Andrew worked second shift, so sleeping during the day was probably unbearable. This was stated to Andrew when he signed his lease, that the building was not complete, and there would be active construction until the project was complete. I am very sorry that Andrew experienced this displeasure. As far as the rest of the issues in his complaint, I don't believe those are an issue any longer. We have completed the project and made sure this building is completely flawless. We have full occupancy with all professional residents who are enjoying there stay with us. I do apologize again to Andrew and for the rough time he had with Cambridge Reality Group. I wish him nothing but the best. Lee mas
