1 Darling Apartments

I rented a renovated 2 bedroom unit in 2019 and have been so happy with this place!! Location can't be beat, and the management staff is really responsive. The laundry room had become really dated but management listened to resident concerns and just installed brand new modern machines in each building!

I’ve been living here for close to a year and love how conveniently located it is to Northeastern Univeristy and the green line (It’s super close to Wentworth and other colleges, too!). My apartment is newly renovated, very clean and has updated kitchen appliances. I would definitely recommend these apartment to a friend!

My two bedroom apartment is spacious, clean and modern. The location is super convenient! Management is responsive and the maintenance staff is very friendly.

This apartment has the best location. I can walk to the grocery store and Walgreens. There are also lots of restaurants and fun bars close by. I walk to Northeastern but can also take the T when the weather is bad. The apartment is very nice too. Everything is new and very clean. The bedrooms have big closets and all the appliances are new. The management company is easy to work with. Overall I really like this apartment.

I have been living at 1 Darling Apartments for over a year now, and I love it. My apartment was fully renovated including the kitchen and bathroom. There is a good sized balcony and central air conditioning. Each building has its own laundry room which is nice. The location is amazing - I can walk to Stop & Shop and to classes. There is also parking out back that you can rent but it is so close to the T that you don't even need a car. Maintenance takes care of any issues quickly and efficiently.... Definitely a great place to live! Lee mas
