Off-street parking is available for an additional fee, and pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with applicable fees. Linens and kitchen necessities are provided.

Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the patio, yard, and garage, with a minimum $500 deep-clean fee plus damages if violated. No parties, events, gatherings, photo shoots, or commercial use are allowed; violation results in immediate termination without refund and up to a $1,000 fee. Unapproved late check-outs incur a $50/hour fee or one additional night. Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight, and maximum occupancy is strict. No candles, incense, or open flames are permitted anywhere on the property. For mid-term stays (28+ nights), utilities (electric, gas, water, internet, basic streaming) are included up to 60 days, with potential usage caps for longer stays. Mid-stay cleaning is included once per month for 30+ night stays. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early/late check-in/out may be possible with prior approval. Unapproved pets incur a $250 fee plus any cleaning/damage costs. Service animals are welcome per applicable law. Daytime visitors are welcome but must leave by 10:00 PM; overnight guests require advance approval. Guests are responsible for visitor conduct. Report maintenance issues promptly. Do not attempt repairs or hire outside vendors. For emergencies, call 911 first, then contact the host. Mail/packages are welcome but the host is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Anything left after check-out is returned to sender unless forwarding is arranged. Guests are responsible for repair/replacement of damaged items beyond normal wear and tear. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed and tested; do not disable, remove, or cover them. External security cameras may be present at entry points for security only. Lock all doors and windows when leaving and overnight. Do not share access codes with anyone not on the reservation. No illegal activity of any kind is permitted. Guests are responsible for fines caused by violations of local ordinances, short-term rental regulations, and HOA rules. Use of the property is at your own risk; the owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal property. Adults are responsible for supervising all children. Violation of house rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
