I’ve been living at Clippership Wharf for almost a year now and it’s been a great experience. Edgar is always so helpful and kind—he truly goes above and beyond. I also love joining the community events they organize; they’re always fun and a great way to meet neighbors. The location, views, and amenities make it feel like home. Highly recommend!

I recently brought a client to Clippership in East Boston, and we had the absolute pleasure of touring the property with Emma—and wow, what an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, Emma made us feel welcomed and at ease. Her energy was so warm and professional, and her knowledge of the property and surrounding area was genuinely impressive.
She took the time to walk us through every detail of the development. You could tell she had a deep understanding of not just the buildings,... but also the vision behind Clippership as a whole. It made such a difference hearing her insight.
What really stood out was how Emma tailored the tour to both my client’s needs and interests. She asked great questions, anticipated what we might be wondering about and made sure we never felt rushed. Her passion for the property and for helping people find the right fit was so genuine—it completely elevated the experience.
The views from the residences were absolutely stunning, and Emma made sure we were in the perfect spots to appreciate them. My client walked away incredibly impressed—not just by the property itself, but by the overall experience, which was entirely thanks to Emma’s care and expertise.
I couldn’t recommend touring Clippership with Emma more highly. She’s a total pro, and made the entire visit memorable and seamless. Thank you, Emma!

I love living at Clippership. Super conveniente to go downtown right above the Blue line. The view from my apartment is arguably the best in all of Boston for the skyline. Amenities are clean and always maintained.

I totally love the view from Clippership , it’s probably the best one in the whole of Boston , plus with community events and all it’s literally the cherry on top , they organise and every event with so much perfection, and make sure everyone is having fun , we had a really fun paint night today it was absolutely amazing!
