Hub50House

We are well into our second year here at Hub50House and appreciate this as our home more than ever. The great staff, excellent location, great decor, and good maintenance all make for a good fit for our lifestyle.

Hub50 truly feels like an oasis in the middle of the city, and after moving in recently I don’t know that I ever plan on leaving.

Everywhere you look from this building is an iconic Boston landmark. It is literally attached to the Garden for God’s sake (we have our own little section of the North Station Garage!). It literally could not be more perfectly situated in Boston to live, work, and play.

We toured what I honestly think is every single managed building in Boston and Cambridge, and... found something wrong with every single one. The only one where we genuinely had no complaints was, you guessed it, Hub50.

Overall, if you’re looking for a luxury apartment in Boston and want every day to feel like a vacation - this is the place to be. Lee mas

Absolutely love my living experience here at Hub50. Every day I come home and am greeted by the concierge makes my evening. The convenience, and the community has been incredible.

Moved in one week ago Move in experience not great. No one seemed available to help with showing me how to access the freight elevator, etc or help my movers access these. The apt appliances, are lower quality, and at least in my apt, work poorly. Garage use is miserable; rare to find a spot. Lastly, larger dogs are not welcome in this bldg; I have been asked to get off the elevator with my dog by other residents. Even to keep my dog on a leash on the outside dog floor.

We still enjoy living here but would like more adult oriented events including more lectures. I did really enjoy the pool this year and appreciate cold brewed coffee.
