Sometimes late at night there isn’t someone at the front desk. I had guessed staying at my apartment and it took them over 40 minutes to get into the building because there was no one there.

Love the eddy: the location, the amenities, community. Love walking by the waterfront view. You can take ferry to downtown ( 5 min ride) or blue line that will take you to state ( 5 min) best location. Would recommend for anyone to live here :)

The eddy is very accommodating, putting on events, answering the phone, keeping track of packages, doing maintenance repairs. I have loved living here the last 2 years.

The Eddy is in a wonderful location with amazing views. The location is perfect for commuting and getting into various areas of Boston with ease. The apartments have lovely finishes and the onsite team is very helpful.
