The atmosphere is clean, respectful, and inviting. The staff is professional, efficient, and always on time. The amenities contribute to a comfortable environment, and it’s reassuring to see that building maintenance is clearly a priority.

I have lived at the Eddy for about 2 years now, and I have all good things to say. The staff is super friendly, and maintenance is very good. The views are absolutely beautiful, and the fact that there is a restaurant/bar right downstairs is just a cherry on top! My husband and I often go there for after work drinks and enjoy the sunset.

I have only lived at The Eddy for about a week and a half, but so far the experience has been great. Friendly staff and fellow residents, excellent amenities, and unmatched views of the water and city. The location is also very convenient, being steps away from the Maverick stop on the Blue Line with quick transit to downtown Boston.

Its an okay building, great maintenance staff, iffy management in the leasing office. Dog friendly and the apartment amenities are good enough. But I wouldn't trust the leasing office to not try and pull one over on you given the opportunity

Love the building and the amenities are really nice. Wish the pool was open longer, but they’ve opened the outdoor spaces earlier this year which is really nice. The concierges are very friendly. Maintenance is responsive.
