What really makes this place stand out is the staff. The front desk concierge and building staff are extremely helpful and genuinely friendly — always quick to respond to any questions and they go out of their way to make residents feel welcome. It’s clear they care about the community here. Highly recommend!

Space is great. The pool is lovely. Only two complains about the amenities is the gym is worse than a hotel gym, and the grills rarely work properly/one just doesn’t work at all.

Eddy is clean, safe and has all the amenities you could seek. It is conveniently located next to the T which makes travel to and from Boston a breeze. We highly recommend the Eddy!
