We have had some issues with the apartment upon move in and have placed a work order but it has not been fulfilled because of the weekend. As a result we can’t unpack.

Our team has received the work order and has since adressed the items. Unfortunately, due to the timing over the weekend, there was a delay in completion; however, they prioritized your request and appreciate your patience and understanding.
