My experience so far has been amazing. The amenities are well kept, the location is impeccable, and the views are impossible to beat! I would highly recommend this community.

We have had some issues with the apartment upon move in and have placed a work order but it has not been fulfilled because of the weekend. As a result we can’t unpack.

Our team has received the work order and has since adressed the items. Unfortunately, due to the timing over the weekend, there was a delay in completion; however, they prioritized your request and appreciate your patience and understanding.

The eddy community is great and I enjoyed my time here. Staffs are awesome and amenities are well managed. The only issue was the parking garage. If you drive a car wider than 74 inches, you can’t park here.

I really enjoy living here. The neighbors are kind, the property is kept nice, and management has always been helpful when I need something. It feels safe and comfortable, which is important to me.
