Living here has been such a great experience! The concierge team is always friendly and quick to help with packages or deliveries, making things super convenient. The leasing staff are welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported. Plus, the common areas are always spotless and well maintained—it really shows how much the team cares about keeping the community beautiful and enjoyable.

It's a great location along the water with great views of the Boston skyline. The building is clean and well maintained and I have not had any issues other than a few small maintenance items. When I did, the maintenance team has been fantastic and quickly resolved.

Beautiful apartment and amenities. Kind and nice team. Not so much of a resident community but really quiet, exactly what we want. I feel safe. But the rent is way too high
