The Sylvan

Happy to renew for another year! Been here since The Sylvan opened its doors. The office personnel is always accommodating. The maintenance staff is friendly, knowledgeable and quick to fix all requests.

I’ve been living here for a short time, but I already feel at home. The move-in process was smooth and well-organized, the management team was incredibly responsive and friendly from day one. Any questions were answered quickly, and they made sure everything in the unit was clean and in perfect working order before I arrived.

The apartment is bright, modern, and surprisingly quiet. I love the layout—plenty of storage, good natural light, and appliances that feel solid and new. The building’s... common areas are well maintained, and you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything tidy.

So far, the community feels safe and welcoming. Neighbors I’ve met in the hallways and elevators have been friendly, and the overall atmosphere is calm and comfortable. Parking has been easy, and the location makes errands and commuting simple.

Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to move here. If things continue like this, I can definitely see myself staying long-term. Lee mas

The Sylvan is a great place to live, but it is not a non-smoking community. When I moved in almost eight years ago, it was a non-smoking community. It has gotten progressively worse over the past several years and is a serious problem now.

So far so have just toured the residence and it has been wonderful. My apartment is flawless and the landscaping around the residence is really inviting. I especially love the gym and all the outdoor spaces !

We just moved in this weekend and the process was smooth. Max and Elizabeth in the office exceeded all expectations as their level of service was efficient and outstanding.
