Bancroft Lofts

There are so many things we have enjoyed and appreciated at Bancroft Lofts, which have made living here a great choice for us: kind and efficient staff, great amenities, our view of Farm Pond from the balcony, walk to the train station and go to Boston, Cushing park, a safe neighborhood... I could keep going but you get the picture!
We absolutely LOVE our huge windows, the design and layout of the apartment, it is practical and beautiful.

We’ve lived at Bancroft for almost two years now, and it’s truly become home. The sense of community here is what makes it special—we’ve built great relationships with both the staff and other residents. When we first toured, Thomas showed us around, and we immediately fell in love with the building. The amenities are great, and we loved being able to choose between the exposed beam style or the modern white units. The massive windows with natural light sealed the deal—we signed right away!... Since then, we’ve gotten to know Tyler (a total hoot!) and Stephanie, who keeps everything running like a pro. The staff really makes it feel like family. We also love the monthly resident events—they bring everyone together and add such a fun, personal touch to living here. Amazing experience! The place is lovely. The staff is awrsome. They are always there to help you. I am so happy to be part of this community.

Haven't fully moved in but I have been enjoying my time so far. the welcome process has been enjoyable and staff has been friendly and communicative.

Outdoor amenities are awesome- barbecue area and pool are so nice. Love that there is a lot of events and treats for residents. Love my new home
