Very nice staff and a well maintained property! The gym at the powerhouse building is the best I've seen at an apartment community. Great view of Farm Pond as well.

It's a wonderful place to call home! The administration staff are always friendly and eager to help. The maintenance team consistently does a fantastic job with professionalism. The common areas are kept nice and clean, making it a pleasant environment. I've been happy to call this great community my home for nearly five years.

I have been here for about two years and it is still my favorite apartment complex I have lived in. The apartment unit is great, the staff is wonderful and the location is convenient to Boston if you need to commute by train. Would highly recommend this place.

Right from the time I first walked into the leasing office to find out about apartments, I was struck by the friendly courtesy of the staff: Stephanie, Thomas and Tyler: who pull together as a team when it comes to welcoming new residents into BC. They responded to my gazillion questions and made the entire move-in process very smooth. Wonderful and amazing people! The building and apartment are beautiful: but it’s the people at the office, the maintenance staff (Chris), who instill confidence... in residents that they are in a professionally well-managed address.
