Bancroft Lofts is a unique building with many amenities. The management team is very professional and friendly. The building is maintained well and services needed are promptly provided. We have only been here a short time but our experience has been fabulous!

Bancroft Lofts is an amazing place to live; perfect blend of city life (Train in close proximity) to country as it is in one minute of Farm pond park! Responsive maintenance team, as well as extremely pet friendly and modern. I could not ask for better!

Wonderful apartments. Wonderful amenities. Wonderful staff. The walls and ceilings are a little thin if that’s a deal breaker for you, but a white noise machine on low covers it pretty well. Still great for the size and price
