Bancroft Lofts is an amazing place to live; perfect blend of city life (Train in close proximity) to country as it is in one minute of Farm pond park! Responsive maintenance team, as well as extremely pet friendly and modern. I could not ask for better!

Bancroft Lofts delivers a strong first impression from the moment you move in. The historic mill building has been renovated with care, and the apartments feel clean, modern, and genuinely spacious. Move-in was smooth—management communicated clearly, paperwork was straightforward, and the unit was spotless on arrival. The high ceilings and oversized windows make the space bright, and the finishes (especially the flooring and kitchen appliances) feel higher-end than typical Framingham rentals.... Common areas are well-maintained, and the building’s quiet atmosphere stands out. Parking is convenient, and the location near downtown Framingham offers easy access to restaurants, the train, and Route 9. While the industrial aesthetic may not appeal to everyone, Bancroft Lofts provides a comfortable, stylish home with responsive staff and a hassle-free move-in experience. A solid choice for renters seeking character and convenience.

Wonderful apartments. Wonderful amenities. Wonderful staff. The walls and ceilings are a little thin if that’s a deal breaker for you, but a white noise machine on low covers it pretty well. Still great for the size and price

I'm renewing my lease soon and it will be my 3rd year at Bancroft Lofts. The most amazing management and community. Nice amenities and great fun events for residents. Love it so much!

Not recommended. If they’re are any issues regarding quality of life and quality of apartment, the management will blame you and dismiss the issues.
