Brio Hingham

I moved into Brio March of 2019 when the building was just completed.
I am very happy here. I really enjoy not having to get into my car every time I need something. There are plenty of restaurants and shops and the atmosphere is upbeat.
I especially enjoy the waterfront walk and the summer outdoor concert series held just around the corner at the Hingham Beer Works green. Although I don’t own a boat right now the mariner atmosphere is great. Having the hi-speed ferry to, Boston, the... Airport and islands at our fingertips is another amazing feature.
My top floor unit is well appointed with high end finishes. Everything works well and if I have a problem it is addressed in a timely manner to my satisfaction.
I will admit, coming from a very large house to a condo was a challenge, storage is the biggest adjustment, but we added custom storage everywhere and having a storage unit in the basement is helpful.
Lastly, having a large indoor parking garage, fulltime concierge, maintenance person is very handy. Then there is the beautiful raised community deck, complete with fire-pit and gas grills, making it a wonderful space to have gatherings!

Was going to rent but not impressed with design of units or building ...
Outside Parking was very far from the unit , price not worth in a building that is
noisy could here noise/ people above in the unit !

My parents bought place in April. Very unhappy with AW Perry Calhan Construction !
They are slow to fix things and management is not great either !
You can hear very clearly when people walk over in units and hallways !
I heard music from adjacent unit wall as well when sleeping over ugh !
Too much money $ for apartment living !
