Very noisy here. Floors and walls are paper thin so you'll here your next door neighbors as well as those above and below you.

Management company is terrible. Very frustrating to deal with. They'll ask you to renew 4 months into your lease and if not start showing your apartment weekly right away. Snow is rarely plowed when it should be. Elevator often doesn't work and can break down for long periods of time.

Parking costs extra and spots are very thin. Your car will probably get... dinged.

Lead paint here doesn't help. There's been mice sighting as well.

It's not cheap here either. Once you factor in all move in costs, this is on the higher price range for a terrible apartment. Lee mas

This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to Malden Center Station and for a great price. The common areas are well maintained and staff are friendly. Great parking right outside. We love having a deck too.
