Do not move here, you will regret it. The property manager/landlord is the worst I've ever experienced. Spent 3 years dealing with cockroaches, coming out of the baseboards and outlets.

Our rent increased $200 every so often without any maintenance to our apartment, that had not been updated once in the 10 years we lived there. Landlord will make you replace your fridge, dishwasher, etc out of your own pocket even though they are advertised as provided amenities. There is so much mold in the... bathrooms, that they just caulk and paint over so you don't see it. The parking situation alone is reason not to move in. If you complain about literally anything, the landlord retaliates by imposing restrictions that it seems nobody else needs to abide by. Was told on Memorial Day weekend, we needed to remove our American flag from our balcony after having it up for 9 years with no complaints, and the reason for it was apparently so our apartment could be seen into for "fire safety reasons". In what world is that okay? Also the washing machines break down regularly, the dryers you have to use twice to dry clothes and they charge you so much to use them in the first place. All of the plumbing through the building is connected, so if you have someone in the building flushing wipes, and clogging the plumbing apparently it is on you to pay for a plumber to come fix it. We couldn't take a 5 minute shower without our bathtub filling up to the brim, and we would have to literally take a bucket and scoop it out into the toilet, tub didn't drain at all.

This place is awful. Every single apartment is completely infested with COCKROACHES. I have taken pictures as proof. The landlord has done very minimal work to fix said issue, he clearly doesn't want to spend money to do things right, and the lady who collects rent who works for and is related to landlord said it has been like this for 2 YEARS... Which I was never told apon moving in... So if you dont mind bugs crawling over you while your sleeping, or your children.. go ahead move right in...
