Bridle Path does not currently have any vacancies, but is taking applications for its wait list. Bridle Path is a senior community for adults age 62+ or disabled adults of any age. Rent subsidies are provided to all tenants with qualifying incomes... and guidelines. Bridle Path Apartments are located in an attractive residential neighborhood of Randolph. The complex includes three three-story buildings; some of the apartments feature small balconies and some have patios. Each building has its own laundry facility; an enclosed central entrance leads to the elevator in each building. The site includes extensive mature landscaping and a community garden. There is substantial parking around the site; local bus service travels near the site, and the downtown shopping area is nearby. Rent subsidies are provided to all tenants with qualifying incomes and guidelines. Professional on-site management, with 24-hour emergency response, is provided by POAH Communities.

Spacious , Wooded Area
If you don't like to be surrounded by buildings this is a great apartment although a bit out-dated as far as appliances , but the apartment community is one building , three floors. There is assigned parking , which is really nice . It's really hard to find an apartment that accepts pets and both cats and dogs are allowed . Staff is helpful and being able to pay rent online and make maintenance requests is convient. Lastly there are elevators and you do have access to a gym as well as... community pool that is waking distance from the building .
