This happens to be the worst place on the planet to rent, just when you think you have seen it all this scum bag get a bucket and fills the dumpster with septic , gets caught on film, the epa shows,he thought this would be ok. He doesn't clean these apts. before you move in, then he wants you to pay for these items yourself. Cut the grass once last year, ticks everywhere, patio fences, all rotted and held with branches from the yard,no vacuuming no maintainance. Seriously wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! The plumbing sucks. The landlord sucks. It smells horrible with the landlords hoarding habits! There's nothing but a burnt forest behind the house he refuses to clean up. Not only that but he has attacked my 13 year old nephew multiple times grabbing him by his shirt and yanking him towards him. He even went and cut all of the branches off of a tree so the kids in the building can no longer climb them. If you have kids they won't be able to run ... , play , ride their bikes or be children without him leaving a note on your door telling you your child is no longer allowed to do these things! My husband is deployed and I'm here staying with my parents so they can help out with my 2 month old son and he told me I had to Be out within a day. He is a disgusting human being who doesn't deserve good people living here! Save your money and find some place and someone who has a ounce of respect and compassion.
