The biggest issue here is the noise. The ceilings are super thin, and after they renovated the upstairs units, they ripped out the carpet and put in hardwood. Now every single step, chair scrape, or little movement upstairs sounds like it’s happening right in my living room.

It used to be a lot more manageable when the carpet was there, but now it’s nonstop impact noise. Makes it hard to relax or get a decent night’s sleep.

Amenities and maintenance staff are strong; however, inadequate sound insulation, persistent trash-management problems, and substandard build quality in renovated units are significant drawbacks.

Addressing these would make this a five-star property.

We had to move out from 1 bedroom apartment after thuds and squeaks from our ceiling became unbearable. The apartment above got renovated and carpet got replaced with hardwood floor and it has become a nightmare. No proper sleep during the night, and very disturbing during the day.

As a current resident who has been very unhappy as of lately, I feel it's important to address a serious issue that has affected my overall experience: mice.

Unfortunately, we've had recurring problems with mice in the unit, as well as other residents I’ve spoken to. While the management has responded to maintenance requests, the issue hasn’t been fully resolved. Temporary fixes like traps and sealing small holes with fake foam that mice chew through, have helped for a moment, but they don’t... seem to address the root cause. It's unsettling to find signs of mice in your living space, and it's something that really impacts your sense of comfort and cleanliness at home.

I’m sharing this not to be negative, but because I believe tenants have a right to know about ongoing issues, and I hope management takes more proactive, long-term steps to address the pest control situation. This could be a great place to live if this problem is taken more seriously.

The property is there for many years and some rooms has recurring mouse issues. Once a mouse entered a place they would dig through a wall and come repeatedly.

Some has this issue some don't. If you get lucky and get one with mouse good luck. Keep all your food sealed in plastic container all the time. They will apologize and give you mouse traps and send pest control but the problem never go away.

If you move in, pay attention to any yellow gel that used to seal walls. They are likely used... for blocking mice hole. Lee mas
