Mice overtake units
As a current resident who has been very unhappy as of lately, I feel it's important to address a serious issue that has affected my overall experience: mice.
Unfortunately, we've had recurring problems with mice in the unit, as well as other residents I’ve spoken to. While the management has responded to maintenance requests, the issue hasn’t been fully resolved. Temporary fixes like traps and sealing small holes with fake foam that mice chew through, have helped for a moment, but they don’t... seem to address the root cause. It's unsettling to find signs of mice in your living space, and it's something that really impacts your sense of comfort and cleanliness at home.
I’m sharing this not to be negative, but because I believe tenants have a right to know about ongoing issues, and I hope management takes more proactive, long-term steps to address the pest control situation. This could be a great place to live if this problem is taken more seriously.
Many of my neighbors deal with the issue and have agreed maintenance and the leasing office don’t care to address the real issue!
