Elan Union Market

I have loved living here for nearly 5 years. It’s a beautiful complex with great amenities in a terrific location. The management is very responsive to residents’ concerns, and it’s a nice perk that they plan community gatherings a few times a month. I think they really try to build a sense of community.
The pet-friendly atmosphere is terrific. One of the most beloved features is the pool. It’s great that it offers among other things a sunset view.

Do not move in here. Maintenance sits around on their phone, smokes outside, flirts with the cleaners and barely cares to take care of your issues. Upper Managment is either MIA or completely unconcerned about the living conditions of their residents

I had an excellent experience with the management team at my new place. The lease signing process was smooth and straightforward, with no complications. The staff is incredibly friendly and communicative, always ready to help with anything I need. They make sure that I feel comfortable and supported throughout my stay. I really appreciate their attentiveness and how quickly they respond to any requests. The management team at Elan Union consistently fails to support tenants. As others have pointed out, they lack accountability, empathy, and clear communication. Important notices and reminders are often sent only after an issue has already occurred, leaving residents frustrated and uninformed.

Package deliveries are another ongoing headache. If your package isn’t in the mailroom, be prepared for a scavenger hunt across three other locations just to track it down.

Overall, the lack of... responsiveness and poor management make living here far more frustrating than it should be. If you're looking for a well-managed, hassle-free living experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Lee mas

Elan community has the most amazing leasing team, highly professional. Quiet / clean / great location .
