Do not move in here. Maintenance sits around on their phone, smokes outside, flirts with the cleaners and barely cares to take care of your issues. Upper Managment is either MIA or completely unconcerned about the living conditions of their residents

I had an excellent experience with the management team at my new place. The lease signing process was smooth and straightforward, with no complications. The staff is incredibly friendly and communicative, always ready to help with anything I need. They make sure that I feel comfortable and supported throughout my stay. I really appreciate their attentiveness and how quickly they respond to any requests. I’m very happy with my decision to move here and highly recommend this place to anyone... looking for a great living experience!

Avoid Living at Elan Union

The management team at Elan Union consistently fails to support tenants. As others have pointed out, they lack accountability, empathy, and clear communication. Important notices and reminders are often sent only after an issue has already occurred, leaving residents frustrated and uninformed.

Package deliveries are another ongoing headache. If your package isn’t in the mailroom, be prepared for a scavenger hunt across three other locations just to track it down.

Overall, the lack of... responsiveness and poor management make living here far more frustrating than it should be. If you're looking for a well-managed, hassle-free living experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Didn’t want to leave

I lived in 2 different 2 bedrooms during my stay at Elan. I never once had a problem. The leasing staff has always been kind and accommodating. Maintenance is wonderful. I was devastated leaving when I made a long distance move. The property manager John has always gone above and beyond to keep the building peaceful. He’s put on great community events and was the highlight of my stay. He made sure my requests were always met or we could come to a reasonable compromise. Overall a stellar... community. I have worked in property management and I can assure you this has been the best place I’ve lived in MA. 10/10
