weird application process
I found my experience trying to get an initial showing to be quite annoying. They don’t give tours until you fill out an application and even then will refuse to give a tour if you don’t meet their move in by date needs. I’ve applied other places , Had tours beforehand and secured a unit by putting down a deposit with anticipated move in of a few months out. This property came off inconsiderate by not getting back to me about my application and when I called to follow up. telling me my move in... date was too far and asking if I would break my lease. So tenants are expected to pay fees to move in , pay fees to move to this property and pay fees to break a lease and after all that still no offer to at least tour at the bare minimum.
