The Berkleigh Apartamentos

I moved into Greenleigh at Crossroads back in 2018 after buying a townhouse in the community, and I actually sold one of the very first houses built here in 2017. I always admired the luxury of the Berkleigh, and here we are seven years later, and I’m living in a two-bedroom apartment. Life circumstances have brought me here, and honestly, it’s everything I imagined.

The amenities are top-notch, the pool is gorgeous, the lifeguard is super friendly, and the gym is always in great shape.... Everything is spotless, there’s always someone cleaning, and it shows. Accessibility is good, and while public guest parking can be a little tricky sometimes, it’s not a dealbreaker. Fortunately for me, most of my friends already live in the neighborhood, so that helps, lol.

All in all, the Berkleigh lives up to the hype. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort and convenience in Greenleigh. Lee mas

Since moving into our new unit we are sooooo happy! Our move in punch list was taken care of immediately. The front office worked with us on timing the move and the neighbors have been so pleasant. When we first moved to The Berkleigh our plan was to be here for one year, now, we are in no hurry to move and extended our lease. The amenities, events, kindness of staff, and cleanliness of the property makes it difficult to leave. It’s my first time ever living in an apartment and I am very happy... with the experience. I’m going into my fourth year of staying here. Trying to decide if I should stay. I still love the location and amenities. The staff is always courteous and the maintenance team is very responsive and friendly.

The Berkleigh is a beautiful, and well kept community. The move in process was smooth and the ladies at rental office is very customer friendly. I’m excited for my stay here at the Berkleigh.

We’ve lived at The Berkleigh since 2023 and have been generally pleased. While not everything is perfect, we understand no community can meet every expectation. With over 40 years of business experience, I know rules are necessary, but thoughtful exceptions can build goodwill. Unfortunately, some tenants abuse policies, making special considerations harder to evaluate fairly. The Maintenance staff is exceptional in every way. The Management team handles a tough job balancing enforcement with... service, and while that can create tension, we respect their efforts and professionalism. We appreciate the community’s quality and thank the staff for maintaining such a well-run environment.
