I am on my third lease. I love the community events, and I enjoy the pool when I have time. The neighbors are friendly. We are close to the Beltway and near the mall. The employees are friendly. The building is always clean. When you put in a maintenance request, it is addressed quickly.

I’ve been here since August 2024 and cannot say enough positive things about this community! I love it here!! From the day I walked into my apartment I felt like I was home. From the amenities available to the surrounding environment to the admin/maintenance staff…it’s been the absolute best most wonderful experience for me. I’m constantly bragging to my friends, especially those that live in homes about the advantages of where I live! No grass cutting/snow removal, no maintenance costs,... onsite gym, walking distance to shopping, the pool, the dog spa, the events that happen here (the food trucks, the special events offered)…you can have it all!! I love my little space…to grow, share and enjoy!!!
