Love the Porter! We've been here over 5 years and I know a bunch of people who've been here longer. Everybody is great. The office, maintenance, and facilities! Germaine responded right away to our maintenance request! Awesome!

Building needs new management. It appears no one knows what they are doing and the residents are suffering because of that. Maintenance is horrible and staff are unresponsive. I have had a leaking balcony since I moved in around March. Everytime it rains, water seeps in. Last month, I was told that it does not happened. I have sent photos of the rain from that same week and still have no response. This building does a poor job and I would not recommend. I will not be renewing my lease.
