I have lived here for 10 years, and the overall upkeep of this property is horrible. The carpets and floors are filthy with pet excrement, the cleaning staff do not clean or disenfect properly for the high traffic that this pet friendly property generates. The elevators are not secure, rules regarding pets, trash, noise, and security are not enforced. I have complained about the abnormal and persistent noise from apartment 1321 since June to no avail. Luxury prices with project-level service.

My experience with The Porter Brewers Hill has been poor. I haven't even reached the one-month mark, and I am seriously considering breaking my lease. Should I stay, I absolutely will not be renewing. While the staff are friendly, this is not reason enough to stay in a poorly maintained facility. Maintenance requests are ignored. Pests are an issue (which is especially discouraging because I explicitly inquired about this while touring the facility). There are no Smart Home features, so I'm not… sure why they state this. Kitchen appliances are okay, but the washers and dryers are outdated and dysfunctional. While the community features are beautiful, there are too many hoops to jump through to use them that are not clarified upfront. All in all, I fully regret my decision to live at The Porter and would not recommend this complex to anyone who is genuinely searching for luxury apartments.

Management that does the least and private equity owner

The worst combination for a building like this. High employee turnover, zero accountability to tenants, cleanliness and safety issues, I can say a lot.
