After 20 days into our lease we have nothing positive to state about The Porter and a laundry list of negative issues which is prompting us for an early lease termination and relocation.

I previously lived at The Porter Brewers Hill, and when it came time to move back to Baltimore, I knew right away I wanted to return. The Porter Brewers Hill offers a great community, well-kept apartments, and excellent amenities at a very reasonable price. The location is super convenient with restaurants, shopping, and the harbor walkway nearby. It’s also very dog-friendly, which I love. Overall, it feels safe, quiet, and like home.

I’ve been living at the Porter for almost 4 years now and I hope to live here into the foreseeable future. The new management team has been very responsive and proactive. The quality of the appliances has been first class and the amount of closet space is unbelievable. All in all, a great experience

Over all it’s a great place to live. There’s a lot of conscience living here. There are a few things to work on but it’s not a reason to not live here. The price is also a big factor. We are an affordable community compared to other buildings in the area. If there would be a large increase in rent, i would consider leaving.
