Hillcrest Village Apartments

The new manager is unprofessional and doesn't care about that live at the property. There is no where to park already and they designate parking spaces for a fee. This apartments are filled with roaches and mice. Residents leave there trash in the hallway. They clean the hallways when they feel like it. They do not care about the property or the residents on the property. I am currently a tenant at this property. DO NOT RENT HERE.

I love my new apartment, my neighbors are friendly and I welcome the diverse mix on the Property (I want my kids to love culture diversity)
Parking could be better but the Manager was upfront with me about the parking situation when I first applied and I so appreciate that, there is nothing worst than being lied to and so far she does what she says. In all I look forward living here until I save to buy a house.

Having being here close to a year I can truly say it is a place I can call home,so peaceful and we have not heard of any crime incidence .It is also an apartment managed by people with all care and a beautiful heart.you surely feel at home here

Found this area to be great. New to pg county and love city of Bladensburg. I cannot agree with the previous person, I have been in my apartment for 6 months, I did see some mice at the begining but after Management sealed holes and sent exterminator (very quickly after my report) I havent had any issues.
Buildings are clean, office staff is very friendly.
Kids playing outside can get noisy but nothing too bad.
Gave 4 stars because it doesnt have central air.
