Tempo Apartamentos

These guys are crap. They dont even come to clean after after multiple complaints. They leave room open. Have been complaining since last week. They dont see to care. Now its too late to look for another apartment. Next opportunity, we are out of here.

I had to live in hotels/temporary rooms for my first 2 months here because the maintenance team could not fix a simple dishwasher leak. They turned off my refrigerator, threw all of my food away, and then left it messy for me to clean. They left my washer and dryer in the middle of my room for two weeks and refused to move it when I asked. They towed my car out of the garage despite the fact that I am paying for reserved parking. They then made me pay to get my car back. Management just lies and... deflects whenever they have to deal with any issues, I have spoken to them at least 10-15 times by now and I don't think there's been a single conversation where I wasn't lied to.

This is not a luxury apartment. Even when everything is working, the rooms are depressing and they are not nearly worth the price tag. Things break frequently and take forever to fix. Take your money somewhere else. Lee mas
