We were treated extremely well during the initial tour of the property — everything was clearly explained, and we were even promised certain concessions for parking. Guest parking and the security deposit were also discussed in detail, so we felt confident moving forward.

Unfortunately, once our application was submitted, communication dropped off almost completely. We had to call multiple times just to get updates on our status. After finally being approved, we again had to reach out for basic... information from Veronica, only to find that all the concessions discussed before applying were suddenly reversed, including the guest parking policy.

Overall, the experience felt very deceptive and disappointing. We spent $80 on the application and a lot of time gathering documents (it felt like applying for a mortgage), only to have everything change afterward. Definitely not the level of honesty or professionalism we expected. Lee mas

Please note that the majority of reviews are from people who did a tour, not actual residents. They ask everyone who tours to leave a 5 star review to obscure the plethora of negative reviews left by people who have ACTUALLY lived here. Management will stop working with you the day you pay your money and sign your lease. To residents, they are extremely unresponsive. My best advice for anyone who wants to live here is to get a lawyer. My short year here include multiple incidents where the... property management completely violated my tenant rights outlined in the lease agreement. Unannounced entries into my apartment for days-long maintenance projects, leaving trash and debris in my unit, over-charging my account and not responding within a timely manner regarding refunds, and this is just the tip of the iceberg. My final account statement showed I was due a refund after move out, and nearly 2 months later they have not returned my deposit or responded to any calls or emails on the topic. BY THE WAY, they do not respond to phone calls at all. Try the number on their website and see if anyone answers. Hopefully this review will prevent you from making the same mistake I did. Lee mas

I feel so bad for current renters. It’s like they don’t care. Roach and pest roamed the hallway during my tour. Residents complained as I waited for my tour. There is clearly a ac problem. I’d stay away

This property has farmed out its customer service interactions to an AI. It will not allow you to email or text with a real person until you raise a complaint, at which point it says it will “forward your issue to a colleague” who will not follow up.

It scheduled an appointment with me to speak with a representative (who completely missed the appt and only called three days later), misquoted the prices for units repeatedly and kept adjusting my prospective move in dates without consulting me.
