Beware of MICE!!!
My wife and I moved into this complex earlier this summer. While we’ve had a great experience with the front office lease agents—especially Christina, who has been consistently helpful and kind—we’ve unfortunately had serious issues with the condition of our unit.
Shortly after moving in, we discovered a mice problem in our apartment. We submitted multiple maintenance requests to get this resolved and have the holes sealed. It wasn’t until our third or fourth request that the issue was finally... allegedly addressed. Today is September 29th and we moved in the 1st of July. In the meantime, we had to purchase several traps and supplies out of our own pocket just to manage the situation. We spent over $40 in total. Today, I received a voicemail from the Assistant Property Manager, Keith, informing me that they would not reimburse us for the traps and supplies we bought. I calmly called him back to express my concerns and let him know I would be contacting corporate and leaving a review. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, he hung up on me mid-conversation. I found this behavior extremely rude and unprofessional. While the leasing agents have been a bright spot, the rodent issue and the lack of professional response from management, especially Keith, make it hard for me to recommend this complex. I do not advise moving in as long as Keith is part of the management team.
If you’re considering this property, thoroughly inspect your unit for any signs of rodents, particularly around the laundry area and any openings or holes. Don’t assume maintenance will be proactive in resolving serious issues.
