Nice community, move in was easy. Maintenance responds very quickly. The grounds are very nicely kept and the valet trash is very convenient

I love the area and location of the complex. Its quiet which i also enjoy. My only set backs are the trash we have and pay for valet trash and there are times trash isn't collected from the front door. Which leads to the pile up of trash located at the dumpster in the front of the building. The next thing is getting ahold of staff is sometimes complicated they are usually good at answering calls but there are moments the office is closed for 3 hr in the afternoon without notice. The last is... maintenance they could be better when it comes to fixing issues within the apartments.. Even with that I still do enjoy the apartment and the complex those are .inor issues that have gotten a little bit better since I moved in.

I knew it was not going to be a lease renewal once I encountered the unprofessionalism of move in date when the apartment was not clean on my arrival and the many excuses given. I can’t understand for the life of me why there is valet garbage but the garbage is all over the ground. I will say I haven’t encountered any rodents in my apartment but I don’t like driving up and the first thing I see is garbage. I also seen residents walking dogs without leashes and dogs urinating and pooping on the... property causing the property to reak of urine and poop when approaching your apartment. I feel that communication could be a lot better. I can say a lot more but I will probably run out of characters so I will end here.

I love the location, it’s easily accessible to my job, the staff has been very courteous to me. In my almost 5 years of living here, I haven’t had much to complain about. Also my maintenance needs are taken care of in a swift manner, usually less than 12 hours after I put in a maintenance request. When I retire, I plan on remaining at Lakeside Mills.

My experience was great. I love the community so far. Everything is kept clean & it’s peaceful and quiet The area is very convenient for shopping & for my travels to get to work thank you :)
