In my experience here, they are desperate to fill apartments with the lowest quality of applicants. From the smokers in my entire building, dogs that should not be in the community…owns Never pick up after their dog, Children walking dogs 10 times bigger than them. Trash everywhere. Every building on all levels should be clean of all trash cans and garbage. Come take a look at the dirty hallways in the buildings, the walls, the floors, and stairs, and peoples trash. Their way of living. Very old… appliances, countertops, unfinished when you move in, disgusting. Never fixed. Peeled tubs, which they will have a company come in and spray over your tub with harsh chemicals that you will be asked to leave your home for hours before entering… Just to peel again within months. Unacceptable. My clothes dryer will run all day with one load if I don’t stop it myself. Ridiculous and this shouldn't be allowed.

I hate it here. The apartment has a horrible smell to it. The walls aren’t tenant friendly. The apartment is not worth the money/ The building had a previous mold problem that wasn’t told to me upon submitting my application. I am very displeased with this community. I will not be renewing my lease

ZERO stars

Maintenance ALWAYS closes out tickets without actually fixing the issues. My experience with maintenance has been extremely frustrating. I’ve personally seen mice and bugs, and the buildings are filthy. The apartments are also very old and in need of better upkeep. Save yourself the money and look elsewhere. There are plenty of beautiful properties around don’t let this one fool you.

Beautiful Location

What drew me to the site was the setting. The community is split into two sides with beautiful mature trees on both sides. The natural sunlight is gorgeous. I also love working out so having a gym that faces the pool and sunlight is super motivating. The ladies in the office were sweet during my tour. I loved their cute coffee station. They made a point to introduce other team members during my appointment. It was a great experience.
