The parking lot where the dumpster is located should be cleaner. Need parking lot lines clearer. This is a pleasant place to live. The staircase need to be fixed.

My move-in experience at this apartment community was amazing. The neighborhood is wonderful—very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. My apartment itself is nicely updated, and overall I’ve been very happy with the environment here.

However, I do have one concern. The leasing office misplaced the money orders I submitted for my security deposit. I’m not sure how something that was placed directly in a folder with my signed documents could be lost, and I still don’t know the final outcome. This... has been extremely frustrating to deal with a month after moving in.

Going forward, I strongly recommend allowing security deposits to be paid online. This would prevent issues like this and provide a much more secure and convenient process for residents. Read More

I’ve been living here going on 4 years now. I have absolutely no complaints. The staff have always been attentive and helpful. I do wish we had a dog park instead of the volleyball court though.

I love it. Move in was very smooth, the staff in leasing was so friendly, and maintenance comes really quickly and they’re efficient. Overall 10/10 experience.

It's ok. It's not the best it could be but it's also not the worse. It's often times hit or miss as it pertains to receiving quality customer service. It doesn't help that some of the neighbors are terrible and don't show care for the community in which they live.... throwing trash in the parking lot and inviting unsavory characters into our environment. Sigh. Other than that, it's a decent place.
