Shakespeare Park Apartments

everything in those units are seriously outdated
they definitely have issues with RODENTS (an INFESTATION in some buildings) as well as roaches in some units, bed bugs and mold. There is no high speed internet unless you are paying for it yourself, and no microwaves unless you brought your own.

Apartments are infested with roaches and mold. Bad management. No amenities. No pest control.

I am a former residence and the complex was quiet and maintenance was timely. The neighbors was friendly and the current staff is nice. No amenities, but you only pay for gas and electric and the apartments have no major pest issues.

Shakespeare Park is a ok place to live. They need upgrades but rent is not a bad price and there are no bugs or rodents. Everyone stays to themselves . Management addresses issues quickly.

Ive been here since 2012. I have had no major maintenance issues and no bugs or rodent issues anywhere near the community. Management is great and always resolves issues and concerns quickly and professionally. The apartments do have thin walls and floors but most of my neighbors have been very nice and understanding. There is a Walmart within 0.2 miles so its great if you don't drive , especially in the winter. The fire dept is also across from the Walmart so you do here them when they go out... on calls. Overall i have enjoyed living here. Lee mas
