Pros:
1. Management is excellent, organized, thorough, and responsive.
2. Building, front desk, parking, and tenants are all chill
3. Maintenance calls are quick to fix any issues.
4. Price is the best in the area.

Cons:
1. Building is dated.
2. Loud crows in the Fall/Winter.
3. Fire alarm system randomly rang but they recently replaced the entire system and the alarms.
4. Tenants bring shopping carts from nearby markets and leave them around.

I have lived here for almost 25 years in my spacious two bedroom two bath apartment. The office staff has always been very pleasant when I have stopped in with questions Or maintenance needs. I will say in the time that I’ve been here they have only renovated the hallways with new carpet and paint which are desperately needed. They say they are working on it, I guess it is a financial issue. There are many stains in the carpet and it just looks a little drab. Tiles are cracked around the... elevator area. I enjoy the quiet community, in a popular area with everything close by. My resident experience is mixed, the building is getting old and after living here 25 years I see improvements that just aren’t getting done. I have limited contact with the rental office due to their hours and choosing to deal with management directly. Some things are just better left alone, unless I have a maintenance issue that needs attention.

Living here in my second year has been great. My children love our home. More recently however I’ve noticed homeless people lounging in the stairwells.
