Currently living here and wish i didn't renew my lease. Every since they switched new management nothing is getting done. My air has been broken for over a week, in 100 degree weather no one has followed up with me regarding this, I have reached out several times with NO resolution. My bedroom ceiling has stains from the rain for over a year that also hasn't been fixed. There are better places to live choose those, NOT HERE!

Overall, I’ve enjoyed this location. It is very convenient and close to several shopping plazas, malls, and movie theaters. Also, management has improved. However, the only flaw is the 3rd floor. The ventilation system is VERY poor and makes it near impossible to live in during the summer

This apartment is so nice and quiet I love how it has a park and I can take my kids there anytime(btw they love going to the park).

Mold, mice, bugs, appliances that do not work. Maintenance claims they are not aware of complaints filed yet I have put in numerous requests. I have a toddler, a dog and myself, it has been two weeks since they found mold yet nothing since to rectify. Run, this site made me choose a star. They do not deserve a star at all.

Since moving in we have had several issues and they are rarely addressed on time (if at all). From the beginning (we have been there over 12 months) we had issues with the oven which still does not work. We had the dryer replaced, however when it was it was not connected properly and does not dry clothes. I discovered mold under the fridge due to a leak and we have yet to hear back (it is going on two weeks now) which is extremely concerning as we have also have a small child and dog. We have... also made several maintenance calls and very few are responded to. We also had the security door to the building smashed and it was left open for over 3 months. You definitely want to look elsewhere! Lee mas
