So far so good! I am in love with my apartment layout. I moved in yesterday and the process was very seamless. Mercedes was so helpful in helping me make a decision about my apartment and Erick was extremely helpful in getting me all of the information I needed for the move. I love it so far and so does my pup!

Been here for a week so far and I absolutely love it here. The amenities, my apartment, the staff all are so welcoming. Atwell provides a place for community and lifestyle living. Just moved in here, and so far it has been a great experience. Beautiful apartment building with nice gym, pool, and common areas I look forward to using. The apartment itself is spacious with great lighting and kitchen. Staff have so far been quite nice and helpful, as have the other residents I've encountered. Terrific location with MOMs in the building and very close to restaurants, venues, the farmers market, and SS transportation with MARC and Metro buses and rail.

The experience has been good so far. the staff has been great and I feel comfortable. I use the amenities a good amount at have enjoyed the overall experience. Only downside is that we have gotten a sewer smell.
