Living here has been a pretty good experience overall. I love the community events, and maintenance is always on point — super responsive and helpful.
That said, parking can be a bit of a headache. The garage is pricey, the spaces are tight, people drive like they are Nascar drivers, and finding a spot can feel like a competitive sport. Plus, those reserved MOM’s spots sit empty at night while residents scramble.
Package pickup isn’t the smoothest, but the concierge team really does their best... . We use two apps for building access — one works great, the other… not so much (especially for unlocking the apartment door).
Security could definitely be stronger — anyone from the garage can enter the building.
I do appreciate that management makes time to meet with residents. I just wish the property had some of the features and security standards I’ve seen at other Bozzuto communities. Which was the reason I chose a Bozzuto property.

Regarding parking, we understand your concerns. As our community grows and the garage nears capacity, available and preferred spaces do become more limited. While we are unable to increase the number of spaces, our current pricing reflects this change in supply.
As for traffic within the garage, we agree that safe driving is a shared responsibility. While we cannot monitor every instance, we encourage residents to report specific concerns. When notified, we’re happy to send a friendly, anonymous courtesy reminder to encourage safer habits.
Security remains a top priority for us. We’ve recently added more FOB readers and implemented parking hang tags, both of which have addressed several resident concerns. While no system is perfect, we’re committed to continual improvement and creating a safe, welcoming environment for all.
