No mail, no real security . Yes, my apartment is beautiful, and I love the view from my balcony, but we currently have no mail delivery to the building, which management blames on the post office, but it’s Bozzuto’s building and they are ultimately responsible. Getting deliveries is problematic because of the package room/double entrance issue. The package room looks good but is generally a mess and very unorganized. I’ve listed multiple items to theft. Honestly, it’s a gorgeous building but... don’t be fooled. it’s not worth the cost

While it's not directly within our control as USPS is an independent agency and own the mailboxes... onsite, we're fully committed to supporting a resolution.We’re also looking into ways to enhance the package room experience to ensure it remains as organized and convenient as possible.
