Look no further!!! This is the place to live!!!

Look NO further!!!, this is the place to live!!!! I absolutely LOVE my townhouse, and the property it's self!!! 1. The Management Team is AMAZING!!! plus, all the maintenance people, and staff are Amazing as well!!! and very responsive to your needs!!! 2. Location, LOCATION, and location.... you can not get any better of a location then here, in my mind. Everything you could basically need is less than 5 to10 minutes away!!! Including even the heart of Portland and the Airport. 3. I am very... proud to call Foxcroft my home!!!

if you want your car TOWED while youre at work this is the place for you

-management is extremetly rude
-leasing office constantly sending out new rules (such as no more window units, no exterior doormats, no decorations)
-they will tow your car if you carpool to work with someone else and the plow is unable to get to your assigned spot
-dont recommend at all. I will be moving out when my lease is up- that day cant come quick enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s not bad

The photos on their listings are misleading and don’t show everything, but overall I’m happy with my home. The community is nice and very pet friendly. Office staff are disorganized and don’t have it all together but they are all nice.

Please let office staff know how we can improve our communications by calling the office at : (207) 883-2959 or by emailing : portlandleasing@corridorpm.com. We value our residents and try to put 100% of effort... into our 40 hour work week for them.

Our photos on our websites do display remodeled homes as well as photos from last year as well. Leasing staff in the future should be describing what the home will look like prior to leasing. The homes should have plank flooring and remodeled kitchens. I am sorry if this information was not given.
