The home has air conditioning, washing machine/dryer, and the unit has multiple sources of natural light to provide a rather open feel despite its miniature size. The washing machine and dryer is found in the basement of the property, and is specifically assigned to this unit. The unit has a covered porch to let you keep your shoes dry. Parking is available, but due to scarcity of the parking spot, it is an optional monthly fee (currently not set in stone but will be announced by the date of the open house).

The unit is ready for your stay. The rest of the building is currently a work in progress so there may be some construction.
