A private community space on the first floor, separate from the Senior Center, is available for Clarecastle residents to hold regular activities such as coffee hours, cards and crafts. Clarecastle is a pet friendly apartment community and allows one pet per apartment. Either a dog or cat that weighs twenty pounds or less is permitted. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 payable at the time of your lease signing and an additional $20 monthly charge.. All apartments have two bedrooms and one full bath. Each apartment has central air conditioning, cable television hookups, a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator and oven. Additional amenities include a coat closet, mini-blinds, balcony, and high speed internet connections. One carport per apartment will be provided at no additional cost to the resident. Residents are responsible for the cost of their heat, electric, cable and telephone.
