Like the comment before! Maintenance is SUPER crap!

Ditto to previous comment, except building management (KMG Management) and maintenance is beyond crappy. It really deserves no stars.

this apartment is not a clean place it have mice running around and in the wall not to mention the roaches that greet you in the hall way....the garbage shoots are always full to the top that you cant put more garbage in there...The building have a bad smell(smell like something is dead)management suck they don't do anything but sit around talking they will go in your place when your not home and then tell you they sent out a notice to you when they didn't....The apartment is not worth your time... or money They are evicting people out of their units for minor things like removing empty containers in your place but they can't get rid of the mice and roaches in the building...management don't fix anything right in the building ,elevators are always down or its only one working for a short amount of time .......don't worry you will never see a exterminator in that building they have people living in filth while they take their money ....That's how they ended up on channel 7 news Lee mas
