Dale Manor Apartamentos

I have been residing in Dale Manor apartments for just over a year now, and the washer and dryer have NEVER worked in my facility. I have made multiple efforts to inform the board of directors about this issue, but they always seem to have something better to do, making me leave messages, or instructing me to call back later . The unit owners pay more for luxuries that we can't even put to use, and there's nothing anyone is doing about it . Not only that, but the woman that lives beneath me is... absolutely cenile and harrases my partner and myself almost daily . We have gotten multiple notes on our door being called by the wrong names, and accused of doing things that we have absolutely no association with whatsoever. The women underneath of us has even gone to the extent of becoming a board member to have some jurisdiction over the tenants and has served us with eviction papers for proposterous accusations, that we had overruled by having another neighbor of ours(which is the one on the other side of our wall right next to us) write a letter of recommendation , stating clearly that we are NOT noisy, rude, violent, or disturbing neighbors by any means . She is the only person that contiously calls police thinking the arguing, or violence she hears is my partner and I, when in fact it is not . Living here has been an absolute nightmare and waste of money, PLEASE before you move here consider ..... NOT moving here! Lee mas
