40 Prospect Apartments

I moved into this studio with my boyfriend while he was still attending university downtown. Usually sharing a studio would be a terrible experience, but this one is very spacious and we don't feel too cramped at all! The apartment is only about a half hour walk from the heart of downtown, which means amazing food and entertainment is practically at your doorstep. All utilities are included, which is awesome for two 20-somethings who play games and who work from home. It IS an older building, so... noise from other apartments can be heard quite clearly, but the neighbors aren't too loud, and very rarely, if ever, is their much noise after hours. I definitely recommend this place for students and working people who want a a taste of downtown without the price! Lee mas
