Stuyvesant Apartments

Bed Bugs plenty.maintenance takes forever. The halls smell bad. Flooring is old cracked.

The roaches are horrible and they only spray for them if you go down to the office. They break things when working in your home. They Charge for you stuff that you didn’t do. I wouldnt recommend living here.

I think the Stuyvesant is a really cool and chill place to live at. The building was renovated in 2014 by Wolverine Construction and I think they did an amazing job, these apartments are really nice. The managers who work in the office went out of their way for me and worked extremely hard to get me into this place as quickly as possible. I have a history of being homeless and have difficulty working due to severe mental and emotional impairments, under normal circumstances someone like me could... never afford an apartment this nice. Everyone else who lives here seems pretty friendly. There is a gentleman who comes in and keeps the hallways clean. It is a true blessing to live here. Also I have never had any bugs in my apartment. I feel like staff does an excellent job keeping the bugs under control. Lee mas

Terrible maintenance, bed bugs, rent way to high for the living conditions to be so bad

Cockroaches and bed bugs.
They won’t show you the apartment until you sign the lease...learned that the hard way.
No one deserves to live like that!!
