at home, at rest

We came here 5 years ago thinking that we'd move after finding a condo to buy, only to find that this was our long term best solution. The welcome we have received from staff and neighbors has made us feel appreciated and even needed.
We like the regular upkeep and quick maintenance that is given to everything. We have the space inside and outside for exercise and recreation. There are restaurants nearby and a great butcher shop, and even a bakery if you count Jimmy John's. You can get to the... Rivertown Mall and Walmart by bus if you want. Like I said to a stranger looking the place over, "You cannot do better."

Renter

My move into Heritage Apartments 2 years ago after selling my home was a divine arrangement. The landlord told me shortly after I moved in that they want it to be so nice that I will never want to leave ~ and they are so right. Heritage Apartments is apartment living at its best. I can focus on my work and play and have the feeling of coming home to my own home without the concerns of maintenance and yard work.
~The grounds are always lovely.
~The snow removal is prompt.
~The environment is... safe and friendly.
~The staff is pleasant and efficient in each of their individual roles.
~And the community amenities are abundant (within walking distance if needed).
Upon signing my annual lease recently I mulled over my choices for just a moment. I have no interest in exploring another living arrangement and risk losing my space at Heritage!
