This senior living community offers those that qualify the enjoyment... and freedom that comes with an affordable apartment. Hazel Park Manor is nationally recognized as “a Community of Quality” by the National Affordable Housing Management Association.

Hazel Park Manor Co-op is gradually transforming into a 100% smoke-free co-op. Smoking is not allowed in any common areas or within 25 feet of the building. All current members are grandfathered in to smoke in their apartments. All new members as of January 28, 2020, are not allowed to smoke in their own apartments.

Resident members have the privacy of their apartments, but also enjoy the frequent community activities. During the week the resident members can join in on crafts, coffee klatch, many various holiday dinners and card games. There are many opportunities to partake in lively social gatherings. The community room is equipped with exercise equipment and a smart TV. Hazel Park Manor has their own van. Members can take trips to restaurant, grocery store, casino trips and other fun trips.

The on-site service coordinator provides not only as a liaison for services, but for education. The community room is used for educational seminars arranged by the service coordinator.
