For six month the garbage disposal not working, even after inspection. Electrical outlet not working, after shortage, and black smoke came through site. Waited six month for an electrical outlet cover, where there was none. The maintenance person gave me the cover to put on. When the large cover would not fit, because the outlet was slightly farther for the short screws, he was called. He could not make it fit, and called for another who forced the screws in. That outlet is not serviceable... because it trips the breaker when used. The intercom system does not work, You have to go all the way down to see who is ringing the bell. When the refrigerator stop working, they were called. They brought another frig in. with, a host of roaches, even though it looked clean. There was a leak in the celing,where the paint blistered and peeled.Six months after an inspection, the worker fixed the plaster, but never painted it, as of yet. When the exterminator made rounds, he never entered the apartment. At the last inspection, the staff never showed up, to inspect. At last year's recertification process, I found out just how many flagrant lies have been told. This year there have been many more. thusly, I am coming out of here. The only problem is I like Highland Pk. I'd checked with homes for rent, and to purchase, and have not found any, yet to rent. This staff person leaves every Tuesday, and Thursday at four o'clock. Makes appointments, and is not there. says she didn't say that time. It's a nightmare here. Lee mas
