Shoreline Flats Apartments

Shoreline flats and shoreline flats west were purchased by RAM management few months ago and the already mediocre level of upkeep plummeted off a cliff.

The only good thing about these apartments are that they are new. If anything breaks, there is next to no chance it will be fixed in a reasonable time. Snow removal, trash, and even the payment portal are all services that you just may have any access to. The only thing management is good at is dodging accountability; you will receive regular... emails explaining how things like dumpsters overflowing are actually the residents fault, and how staffing is to blame for over a month lead times on maintaince requests... It's no wonder why no one wants to work here...

My advice is to rent somewhere else, these apartments are not remotely worth their price point and I would honestly expect much more consistent services out of a cheaper apartment complex. Lee mas

Since the apartment complex is new most of the actual features are great. However I don’t know what the office actually does, they do not take noise complaints seriously if I’m still dealing with partying neighbors after 5 complaints. The maintenance manager takes days to fill the tiniest request (2-5min requests) and is only seen driving in a golf cart and smoking. However the other maintenance guy, Fredrick, does an awesome job and has a quick response times and is friendly to the neighbors.

I was the 1st tenant to move into a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath flat. I loved my home...the craftsmanship may have been hasty...but the features and design made up for it. Moved to Tennessee but when I return back to holland next winter I'll be checking here again for availability.

Like many other apartment complexes, this is just overpriced garbage. It looks pretty, sure! But there's paint all over the floors, the balcony, and tiles, where it doesn't belong. Oh but it's okay, because the paint comes off if you rub it with water. This includes the walls too!! Speaking of which, the walls are so thin I can literally hear the neighbors conversations word for word. You can tell construction was rushed and then NEVER corrected because drawers don't open because they weren't... installed properly and doorframes have HUGE gaps in it. This is a brand new complex so I'm the first to live in my apartment. Also! Unless you pay the extra $200 a month for a garage (which won't be near your unit) expect to park across the street! Oh and the views from the apartment! Big beautiful windows! Too bad the only thing to look at is the parking lot and your neighbors across the way that you can see clearly through said windows.
Lastly, the hot water! Or lack thereof. Big beautiful bathtub in the bathroom! Unfortunately, you only get about 3 inches of water in it before water runs completely cold. Be ready to take quick showers if you still want hot water after!!
Go somewhere else!! Run far, far away from this place! Lee mas
