I have been living in a 1 bed x 1 bath unit for over a month now, and absolutely love it! The location is perfect - very quiet all day and night, yet only a 10 minute walk to the downtown area for shopping, restaurants, etc. The landlord is very nice and responds quickly to any texts/calls. I am extremely happy with my decision to move in, the only downfall is that the washer and dryer units are a little small, so laundry can be quite expensive if you have a lot of clothes (which I do!).
