Centrally located, Eastbrooke is situated amongst diverse dining hotspots and several shopping... havens while only minutes away from Detroit, Southfield, Troy, and Royal Oak via I-696, I-75, and I-94 expressways.

We offer 1 & 2 bedroom apartment homes in 5 different floor plans that range in price from $850-$975. We charge a $35 application fee per adult applicant. All monies need to be paid with a money order during the move in process. After move in, residents are able to pay rent with personal checks and cashier's checks. All applicants need to income qualify for an apartment and be aware that we do run a criminal background & credit history check. All application approvals are based off of these requirements. We offer 12 month leases and a Month to Month option (only for residents) with an additional charge of $50 per month. Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept Section 8.
