Van Howe Apartments

These are the worst Apartments that anyone to live in I would not recommend this apartment to a homeless appliances don't work infested with bed bugs roaches heat don't work ceiling falling in Windows don't close cabinets are ugly an raggly and the list goes on don't even put your worst enemy in these apartments

Terrible condition, old unsafe appliances, old broken window treatments, filthy air filters, old worn out, outdated nasty cabinetry, storm and entry doors are week and in poor working condition and the list goes on!!

Great place to live close to 7 eleven and really good place to live if you work in the area .

Avoid moving here at all costs! The management and owners are the cheapest most incompetent people I have ever met! If something breaks or goes wrong (and trust me it will happen alot) be prepared to wait years for it to be fixed, if they ever fix it! Im still waiting on repairs requested over 4 years ago! All they care about is the money and refuse to fix any problems, these are very old run down dumpy units and everything in them is falling apart! Any attempts to fix something is simply rigged... by the owner, nothing is ever done right! There is never enough hot water due to an entire building sharing one hot water tank, they refuse to turk on the heat even when its below freezing outside, the ceilings are made of asbestos, these people are rude and simply dont care about nothing but your rent check! Also they have had a huge problem with bed bug infestations for years, if not longer, you can notify the office there are bed bugs and they refuse to treat the problem because they are too cheap! So bed bugs spread from one unit to another, exasperating the problem! I see bug infested mattresses out at the dump weekly! Walls are paper thin and you can hear every small move your neighbors make, most people that live here are trash and act as such! Since living here my car has been vandalised twice, the store right behind us has been robbed 3 times that I know of, neighbors guests are always parked in your spot so plan on having to find other parking somehwere else! This place is a joke! You will regret ever moving in here. Lee mas
